Package Policy :

  • The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of checkout from the respective hotel.
  • The itinerary is subject to change because of unavailabilty.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
  • Travelflexy is not accountable for anything which is not included in this package.
  • Extra bed rates would be charged after two full paying persons in a room. However in case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged.
  • Meals Plans are at discretion of hotel and in any circumstances Travelflexy have no responsibility,any Extras will be Paid by Customers.
  • Any date amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing & amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates.   • During Sight Seeing Driver Will Try His Best To Park As Much Closer He Can, From There Guest Has To Make His Way By Walk Or They Have To Make Their Own Transfer If Require Any.  
  • Incase Of Coach Breakdown Travelflexy Pvt. Ltd. Will Do Their Best Effort To Fix The Problem As Soon As Possible. But Make Sure There Will Be No Refund For Inconvenience Cause.
  • Request To All Guest Please Don’t Leave Any Unattended Item In Vehicle While Leaving The Vehicle. We Travelflexy Pvt. Ltd. Are Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage. 
  • There Is No Specific Seat Allocation. Will Be Allocate First Cum First Serve Basis. 
  • Direct Joining Guest Have To Arrange Hotel Transfer For Check In & Check Out Day By Them Self.
  • Operation Of A Group Tour Is A Subject To Minimum Participation Of 18-20 Paying Adult Passenger. 
  • Any Increase In Visa Fee /Airfare / Fuel Price / Change In Government Regulations Taxes Etc. Will Affect Your Tour Cost.

  • Pan Card Copy Is Compulsory At The Time Of Booking.

  • The passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months from date of your Travel.
  • Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Initial amount to be paid 25% of the total package cost or total cost of the Hotel whichever is higher to hold the package.
  • Accepting or Declining Visa is sole discretion of issuing Immigration Authority. Travelflexy will not be held for any such decision. We can only apply for Visa on your behalf and share the status.In case of Visa declined or delayed. No refund will be entertained in any circumstances.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Travelflexy is not accountable for anything which is not included in this package.

  • There Will Be American Or Continental Breakfast Serve At The Hotel And Travelflexy Tours Cannot Make Any Changes In The Breakfast. 
  • Lunch/Dinner Wherever Provided On Tour Is Pre-Set Menus By The Restaurants. The Meal Type Selected By The Guest Such As Veg. / Non. Veg. Is Subject To Availability At Restaurants Or Airlines.
